How can i master C. SUb 0?

Hi GRs,
well a few days ago while playing mk9, i just noticed that cyber sub 0 really seems underused.
SO i tried fighting with him and i just dont know how to attack, since the negative edge stuff with his f f 3 is quite annoying. (So i can not put my opponent under pressurewith dash d3)
Pls give me some advice which can help me to improve my c sub 0. ^^

its simple u can go to test your might and see his frame and match up and guide and read them all u'll be better understanding him thanks mate

i think this forum is for the clan tournaments etc
there u can get the main and gettin better informations
but we will think about that later
